Our January general member recruitment has come to a close but there are still available opportunities for you.  Please explore our website to find out more about our organization and initiatives. Below are a list of positions that are still vacant. If you are still curious about our organization please feel free to attend one of our Weekly Meetings every Wednesday at 11:30 in room 12010.

Here are the positions we are currently hiring for:

Green Project Assistant – assist in the pursuit of new Green projects. Assist manager in conducting research and energy audits for potential green projects

Director of Communications – foster and maintain relationships with a variety of medias, specifically radio, television, and paper. Work with the Social Media Manager to help run campaigns to promote the organizations successes

Manage Your Money Project Manager (mentorship throughout semester; term beginning Fall 2012) – Work with the Children’s Aid Society to deliver financial literacy to at-risk youth. Foster the relationships with all stakeholders and seek to expand to other at-risk youth groups

Manage Your Money Facilitator – attend and assist in weekly Manage Your Money sessions. Mentor participants and provide personal insight.

Session begins Feb 7 and runs until Mar 6. Sessions are from 5-7:15 in room 12010

FutureU School Liasion – contact and maintain relationships with school administration to schedule presentations in grade 10 careers classes

FutureU Presenter – Present to grade 10 careers classes about the importance of attending post-secondary. Provide your personal insights into the impact education has made on your life

Positions for current members:

Chief of Human Resources - organize and facilitate the recruitment of new members, manage member files, and provide team building and professional development opportunities

Chief of Operations – Oversee and assist all major SIFE SLC projects. Work with all project managers to outline key performance indicators, collect and archive data, and assist managers with problem solving
