Teaching college and CAS students’ financial literacy is not enough for SIFE SLC. We saw the need to expand this literacy to other demographics. We have partnered with Pathways To Education so attain this goal.
Beginning September 2011, we will be implementing our pilot for Manage Your Future Money. The idea is to combine two of our feature projects, Manage your Money and FutureU, into one and deliver the project in a multi-workshop format. Our goal is to provide the needed knowledge and increase students’ confidence so that they will make better decisions. This will enable at risk youth to increase their quality of life and standard of living. Knowledge is power!
MYFM is still being developed and will be launched this September. We are looking forward to the impact this project will have!
